This site is a personal journal. The contact form asks for your name, email address, subject and message so that I can receive and respond to your enquiry.

Contact form submissions are processed by the third-party form service configured for this website and delivered to my site email address. Please do not submit sensitive personal, medical or financial information.

The optional update-notification service collects your email address, your choice of Journey, Reflections or Both, verification status and subscription timestamps. Subscriptions use double opt-in: notifications are not activated until you confirm your email address using the verification link sent to you. Every update email includes an unsubscribe link.

Subscriber information is used only to deliver the updates you requested and to manage the subscription service. It is not sold or used for advertising.

This website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find the site and interact with its pages, including page views, general engagement, and outbound link clicks. Google Analytics may use cookies and collect device, browser, and approximate location information. Analytics information is used to improve the website and assess the effectiveness of promotional campaigns; it is not used to identify individual visitors.
